Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in retail management, a passion for customer service, and the leadership skills necessary to drive team performance and achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and exceed KPIs
Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales assistants and supervisors
Own the store revenue, costs, wages, and shrinkage
Deliver exceptional customer experiences every single day
Manage stock, merchandising, and in-store campaigns
Ensure full health & safety and compliance at all times
Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members, sharing best practices and training materials
Qualifications & Experience
3–5 years in retail, including 2+ years in a management role
A strong track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
Natural ability to motivate and grow a team
Commercial awareness
Excellent communicator, highly organised, calm under pressure
POS/inventory system experience is a plus
